Who is Pilates Essentials Block Course for?
This course provides a positive environment for building a solid Pilates foundation, allowing you to become familiar with the Pilates practice.
This class is suitable for everyone, including both men and women and clients returning from a break or an injury who need to a refresher before moving back into regular group classes.
What will I gain/learn from this course?
A solid foundation and understanding of Pilates
Better mobility, flexibility and length through your entire body
You'll learn effective movement to tone and strengthen the entire body
Confidence to continue a Pilates practice whether that be a regular group class, private lessons or a home practice.

Where to after the course?
After the 6-weeks you will have gained a good foundation of the Pilates Mat class and the use of small equipment meaning you can confidently move into a regular group class to continue to progress nicely as your body starts to adapt and move better each week.
