CONCESSION POLICY
All concessions are valid for 90 days. Unused concessions are non-refundable and cannot be extended or transferred to another client.
PAYMENTS
When booking online payment is required before the booking is confirmed. Alternatively, when bookings are made directly with the studio payment can be arranged via internet banking. Booking is confirmed once payment is received.
CANCELLATION POLICY
Payment will be charged if cancellations are made with less than 48 hours' notice. The same principle applies to the failure to show up to a confirmed session. Payment cannot be credited towards another session or transferred to someone else to use.
