FAQ's

How Do I Make A Booking?

Whether you're booking a private lesson or a group class you'll need to:

  • Click on the 'Book Now' tab.

  • If you have a client log-in then sign in using the button on the top right-hand corner, if not continue without logging in.

  • Scroll down to select the service you want to book (if you have previously bought a concession of5 or 10 you will first click the button that says 'Redeem coupon or package' and enter your email address then click 'apply') and then click the service you want to book. Eg. Mixed level mat class.

  • This will prompt you to click the date you wish to attend and then give you an option of what time you would like. At this point, you can choose to book recurring classes for that same day and time if you choose to.

  • You will be prompted to enter your details and make the payment. If you have a concession it will deduct this from your account.

How Do I Use a Coupon Code?

If you are wanting to redeem a coupon code you will need to:

  • Click the "Book Now' tab.

  • Click the button that says 'Redeem coupon or package' and enter your coupon code.

How Do I Cancel or Reschedule a Class/Lesson?

.If you're unable to make your lesson/class you can either reschedule it or cancel. You can do this either through your original booking confirmation email or through your reminder email which you'll receive 24 hours before your class/lesson.

Please note that foundation classes can only be rescheduled for another foundation class and the same goes for mixed level. If you would like to switch from one to another then you'll need to cancel your appointment and then rebook.

Please Note: you will not be able to reschedule an appointment within 12 hours of it's the start time. There is also no refund if you do not cancel before this time frame.

Do I have to enter all of my details every time I make a booking?

No, you don't. That would be annoying, wouldn't it!

Once you have completed a booking it will come up with your booking confirmation and you'll see on

the right-hand side that you can register for an account. Anytime you want to make a booking you will

no longer have to enter all of your details. Just click the login option when you first arrive on the

booking page.

When you buy a concession under the same email address it will be logged to your account for

future bookings.

Can I Take Class If I Have An Injury?

Our staff are movement experts who are equipped to modify according to injury. It is your

responsibility as a client to bring your injury to the attention of your instructor and they will guide

you to the correct class or private session.

We do recommend that injured clients start with a Pilates assessment before attending a group

class. Your instructor can assess your injury, determine your goals and recommend a program to

suit your needs.

If you are unsure, email nicole@springstudio.co.nz to discuss in more detail.

Do I Need Pilates Experience To Book A Class?

Our classes are designed for every level of experience. If you are a beginner, our movement experts are equipped to modify to your needs and encourage you to push yourself towards your Pilates goals.

If you are an expert, our classes include progressions, and our intelligent instructors make sure you’re always going deeper and learning something new about your practice.

Can I Take Class If I’m Pregnant?

We offer specific pregnancy classes. These are suited to pre and postnatal mamas.  We would

recommend these to all mothers at any stage of their pregnancy or recovery. Prenatal women must

inform instructors of their pregnancy. We recommend prenatal women to book a Pilates Private prior

to taking a class.

Our Prenatal policy is:

First Trimester: Able to take all classes and privates.

Second Trimester and Third Trimester: Able to attend only pregnancy classes,

When returning to Pilates after pregnancy, we recommend booking a private session to establish

goals and assess how the body is moving.

Do I Need Socks?

For hygiene reasons, we require all clients to wear socks. Grip socks are preferable and provide the best experience however you can wear non-grip socks if you prefer.

We have grip socks available for purchase in the studio if you don’t bring your own.

What Is The Expiry On Purchases?

Welcome offers = 3 months from date of the first class.

All other purchases including private and classes = 12 months from date of the first class.
