Healthy Fuel For Your Pilates Workout
I love a healthy take on some of my favourite foods to help fuel me through my Pilates sessions. Check out these coconut rough bliss balls below!
Coconut Rough Bliss Balls
10 Medjool dates
1 cup ground oats (finely ground)
1 cup of almond meal
2 cups of desiccated coconut
2 Tbsp of Cacao or cocoa (add more if you like)
Pinch of salt
Mini choc chips (optional)
Pop all the ingredients except mini choc chips (if you're using them) into your food processor and blitz until you achieve a dough like texture. Scoop out the mixture and roll into balls (roughly two tablespoons of mixture). Enjoy!
