Below are the options we offer for pre and postnatal clients. It is important to us that you are safe and moving in a way that is right for your body so we ask that you have clearance from your doctor, physio or midwife before booking a class.


Pregnancy Group Pilates

Our pregnancy-friendly group classes are part of our foundation classes. There will always be pregnancy-friendly options so you can keep moving & feel your best.


Mums & Bubs Pilates

45 minutes for you to move your body with your babe alongside you. Come as you are, move as you can among our mama community.


Private Pre & Postnatal Sessions

Private lessons are perfect when you're wanting some more individualised movement so your body cant get maximum benefit for where you're at on your pregnancy journey.


Stretch & Restore

This is part of our regular group class sessions which we will always provide pregnancy-friendly options for when your body starts to feel tight and a little less comfortable. You won't regret this class!
